This has to be the most unlikely entries in my personal list of all time favorite films. Suffice to say the "high concept rom com" isn't my most sought after of genres when I'm at the video store looking for a film to see on a Friday night. Yet against all odds here we have the highest of high concept rom-com...and damn if its not one of funniest best all around movies I've ever seen. The concept is unique to be sure, but the real genius is to stick Bill Murray in this situation and see what happens. He's fucking hilarious thats what happens. The man has superb comic timing and is believable as both the self centered ass and the selfless do-gooder trying to better himself.
